Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only, subject to the following terms:

• You may exchange your item for a different size or style, depending on availability.

• Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

• Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

• We do not accept exchanges on sale items or items purchased with a promotional discount.

To initiate an exchange, please email [ info@ghida.world ] with your order number and the reason for exchange. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status and ship the new item if applicable.
